Hatha yoga basics
In this class you will be presented with a traditional hatha yoga style. We will focus of the basic elements of the practice, being it the breathing, correct posture, mind focus and awareness. You will have a chance to release your mind, recharge your energy levels as well as stretch and strengthen the whole body in a harmonious way. The previous experience with yoga does not matter the class is suitable for all levels.
Introduction – a brief introduction of the class, style of yoga we will practice, a short silent meditation – awareness of the breath, 3x OM chanting
Stretching exercises – practicing full yogic breath in shavasana
