Plank (sau plansa) este un exercitiu care iti lucreaza toate grupele de muschi din regiunea mediana a corpului (compusa din abdomen si zona lombara), precum si anumite grupe de muschi ale bratelor si picioarelor. Cu toate acestea, nu este tocmai cel mai popular exercitiu, mai ales in randul practicantilor de fitness incepatori, avand in grad de dificultate…
